MONDAYS | 9am-5pm
THURSDAYS | 11am-7pm
SATURDAYS | 9am-5pm
Orders placed during store hours will be available the next day we are open.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after pickup, if the item is unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please notify us in store or email us as soon as possible at info@poosielimited.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
